About The Position

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Fyber’s Systems Integration Team. The  Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Business will be responsible for the daily operations of the platform, ensuring that it is tailored to the business needs and maximizing our benefits from the tool.


  • Enhance current Salesforce platform to accommodate business needs
  • Collect, challenge, evaluateand document business requirements
  • Manage permissions on Organisation, Profile & Group / User level
  • Manage and implement customization requests including creation of workflows, validations, process builder, etc.
  • Develop customized reports, dashboards, and processes, e.g. to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Work closely with our global Sales, Client Services & various system owners to deliver optimal solutions
  • Support end-users on request, including mass data updates / imports using API or import tools
  • Support DocuSign & other third party integrations
  • Provide company / personal training to new users or for new functionalities


  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce
  • ADM 201 certified;  other certifications - a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Docusign, Apex Triggers, Custom Buttons, Developer Console - a plus
  • Strong communication skills that will allow to  clearly explain systems and gather requirements from business customers
  • Ability to manage tasks end-to-end with high engagement
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and coping with frequent changes as well as new business requirements
  • First-hand experience with agile methodologies
  • Fluent in Business English
