Inneractive is looking for a strong Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join its New York office and help further grow and strengthen the company’s product department and market positioning. North America is the company’s biggest market and the New York office is growing rapidly.  We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the team and strengthen our presence in North America.

The PMM position plays a crucial role in connecting the business needs of our customers to the product priorities and roadmap and in communicating our product value proposition and positioning internally (to sales) and externally (to customers, partners and industry experts). As part of the product team, the PMM develops expertise in certain geo and product areas (e.g. video, data, private pipes, buy side tools, inventory quality, etc.), and has a product manager counterpart with whom they work closely to create and implement product area roadmaps and to develop/execute go-to-market plans.


  • Become an internal Subject Matter Expert on the product domains under your scope
  • Engage with customers, industry players and sales teams on an ongoing basis to develop strong grasp of business needs
  • Write MRDs (Marketing Requirement Documents) for respective product domains based on requirement gathering from customers, sales, competitors and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise closely with marketing to develop product packaging, sales collaterial and internal documentation and training
  • Build product-specific go-to-market plans and project manage their execution
  • Develop and lead strategic partnerships that pertain to specific product aspects, including finding, recruiting and integrating with business / tech partners
  • Conduct on-going competitive analysis and stay informed on trends in the industry by reaching relevant publications, attending industry events and building a network of industry contacts
  • Educate internal and external players on the value proposition and the differentiations of the company’s products


  •  2-4 year of experience in a product marketing or similar role in a the ad tech industry
  • Prior experience writing Marketing Requirements Docs (MRD) and ongoing customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of the RTB landscape – Advantage
  • Experience in Mobile - Advantage
  • Exceptional writing skills, with experience developing content, training and sales material
  • Strong presence, exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to assert one’s self
