Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Direct Sales Team. The role will require managing and optimizing direct campaigns, with the goal of increasing revenue and providing superb support for our partners. The Account Manager should become a productive and meaningful addition to the US Inneractive office, which is the point of contact for agencies and trading desks.


  • Setup mobile campaigns for our advertiser clients
  • Monitor and optimize advertiser performance and statistics on a daily basis
  • Work closely on several media platforms to monitor campaigns and increase revenues
  • Generate ongoing reports and analytics for client
  • Own client relationship, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Identify upselling opportunities to grow accounts
  • Devise strategy documents and plans for campaigns (RFPs, QBRs, etc.)
  • Assist on new business pitches
  • Support the Direct Sales team on various business related activities
  • Troubleshoot and identify problems to improve work flow
  • Liaise with different departments within the company to improve effectiveness and ensure success


    • 2-4 years experience in managing digital advertising campaigns – mobile advertising an advantage
    • A passion for the ad tech industry and track record of over-achievement
    • Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and new processes, while working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment 
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team, across location and timezones
    • Deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - advantage
    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferrably in: Systems, Economics, Business Management Studies or Math
