Job Description

Inneractive is looking for an energetic Director of Programmatic Demand based in San Francisco to help fuel the next phase of the Company’s growth. In this role, the Director of Programmatic Demand will lead the West Coast Programmatic Demand Team. The team is responsible for establishing, cultivating and closing deals with new programmatic demand partners while managing and growing relationships with existing partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader, has a track record of closing solutions-based technology deals while successfully managing long sales cycles, demonstrates strong project management and follow-through. Responsibilities:


  •  Lead a high-performing sales and account management team
  • Provide guidance and develop members of the sales and account management teams; Educate, mentor and collaborate to meet/exceed revenue and strategic goals
  • Proactively engage in new business conversations with prospects and upsell opportunities within our existing demand client base
  • Utilize a deep understanding of Inneractive technology to develop the business strategy, technical integration and long-term partnership value with prospective clients through collaboration with Client Solutions and Product teams
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Agency Trading Desks and Demand Side Platforms
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service
  • Identify opportunities to grow client spend through data analysis, research and optimization
  • Build the Inneractive brand and knowledge of our technology at industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of sales and customer relationship management experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile/video/programmatic sales
  • Experience managing high-performing sales and account management teams
  • Strong knowledge & familiarity with buyer business models, ad serving, ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, RTB, Programmatic Premium, and online ad technologies focused on driving buyer value
  • Experience working with complex business terms, technology integrations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop and drive revenue with demand partners
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MA or MBA preferred
