Job Description

Inneractive is looking for an energetic Strategic Demand Sales Manager based in San Francisco to help fuel the next phase of the Company’s growth. The Strategic Demand Sales Manager will be a member of the Advertising & Monetization team. In this role, he/she will develop and manage both new and existing demand partner relationships while growing revenue. We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who is passionate about the mobile ecosystem and is eager to develop relationships with trading desks, DSPs and other strategic partners in the United States and Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a critical role in selling Inneractive’s advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Agency Trading Desks and Demand Side Platforms
  • Source and close deals with senior-level and cross-functional executives at key demand accounts
  • Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals for yourself and the team
  • Ensure that clients receive sales and customer service of the highest level
  • Effectively represent the company through owning and managing key relationships with Inneractive’s most strategic clients
  • Facilitate smooth hand-off of key accounts to Account Management team
  • Identify opportunities to grow client spend through data analysis, research and optimization
  • Represent the company at trade-shows and other industry events

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with a proven track record of success in sales
  • Minimum 2 years in a sales-oriented role in mobile media
  • Solid business and technical understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, ad exchanges, DSPs/SSPs, ad networks, digital advertising agencies and/or ad servers
  • Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload
  • A deep understanding of programmatic buying techniques and real time bidding
  • Excellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company
  • Solution oriented, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
  • BA or equivalent required
